This machine is a filter-type automatic (manual) centrifuge with three-foot scraper lower discharge, intermittent operation and program control. It can be set according to the requirements of use. The hydraulic and electric control system can complete feeding, separating and washing from childhood. , dehydration, unloading and other processes, can achieve long-distance and close-range operation; the machine uses a narrow scraper to discharge at low speed, so it is especially suitable for thermal sensitivity except for the suspension separation of solid phase particles with a particle size of 0.050.15 mm. Strong; does not allow grain breakage: separation of materials that are not accessible to the operator. The machine has the advantages of high degree of automation, large processing capacity, good separation effect, stable operation and convenient operation.
Structure and principle
The speed regulating motor drives the drum to rotate at a medium speed. The feed valve is opened to feed the material from the feeding tube to the drum, and the cloth is evenly distributed to the drum wall through the cloth tray. After the feeding reaches a predetermined volume, the feeding is stopped, and the drum is raised to a high speed rotation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged through the filter cloth and the drum wall filter hole. The solid phase is trapped in the drum, and after the drum is lowered to a low speed, the scraper rotates and reciprocates, and the solid phase is scraped from the drum wall and discharged from the lower portion of the centrifuge.
